Rheumera is for people with arthritis or other inflammatory diseases who want to actively participate in their treatment plan.

If you’re living with arthritis, tracking your health regularly can make a huge difference. It can spark more meaningful conversations with your provider, lead to a more tailored treatment plan, and supports improved health outcomes.

Rheumera is an easy-to-use mobile app that allows you to log your symptoms, medications, and daily experiences between visits. It creates a clear, detailed picture of how you’re doing—for both you and your physician.

Rheumera is covered by Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans.
 
At this time, many commercial insurance plans do not cover Rheumera. To make the program accessible, we offer eligible patients a discounted self-pay option of $25 per month.

How to get started with Rheumera

Getting started with Rheumera is easy, and maintaining takes just a few minutes each day or week. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sign up and download the app on your phone.
    • We’ll show you how on your first visit.
    • Once it’s set up, you’ll receive prompts to check in on your symptoms.
  2. Track symptoms and medications daily or weekly.
    • You’re in control of how and what you track! But remember: the more you track, the more accurate your log will be.
    • Track pain levels, stiffness, fatigue, and medication use.
    • Add notes about flares, side effects, or life events that may impact your symptoms.
  3. Share with your care team at your appointments.
    • The app automatically organizes your data into visual charts that you and your provider can review together.
    • We’ll monitor your entries to spot trends that might need attention, like increased flares or changes in mobility, so we can respond early.
