- We’ll show you how on your first visit.
- Once it’s set up, you’ll receive prompts to check in on your symptoms.
- Track symptoms and medications daily or weekly.
- You’re in control of how and what you track! But remember: the more you track, the more accurate your log will be.
- Track pain levels, stiffness, fatigue, and medication use.
- Add notes about flares, side effects, or life events that may impact your symptoms.
- Share with your care team at your appointments.
- The app automatically organizes your data into visual charts that you and your provider can review together.
