Patient Portal

By logging in, you can:

• Manage Appointments:
  • View and verify your upcoming appointments.
  • To request a change or reschedule, please send us a secure message through the portal.
• View and Download Health Records: Access your progress notes and other important health information.
• Access Test Results:  Please allow up to a week or more for test results to be processed and reviewed by our team. If a result is significantly abnormal, a member of our staff will contact you directly. Otherwise, your results will be posted to your patient portal, and your provider will discuss them with you in detail during your next scheduled appointment.
• Request Medications or Refills: Submit requests for medications. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. You will receive a text message and a notice in the portal once your request is sent. If you haven’t heard back in 2 business days, please send a follow-up message through the portal.
• Communicate Securely: Send a message to our team with any questions about your care, insurance, or billing.
• Pay Your Bill: Conveniently view and pay your bill online.
  For your privacy and security, all communications containing personal or medical information must be sent through the patient portal. Please do not send any personal details over regular email.
